Hi, I'm Lyndsey. I'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor and former teacher who understands how heavy life can feel when you're always the strong one for everyone else. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling burn out, anxious, and disconnected in their relationships, or unsure of how to move forward. Together we create a warm, supportive space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin to make meaningful changes.
