Hi, I'm Lyndsey. I'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor with over 15 years of experience supporting youth and families. I understand how heavy life can feel when you're always the strong one for everyone else.
My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and collaborative, helping you feel understood while making meaningful change.
